    Air Bishkek (KR, Bishkek) has announced that its weekly flights KR945/6, from Bishkek to Kaliningrad during the period June 6 - 13, have been cancelled owing to the "sudden" suspension of the carrier's Lithuanian overflight rights. The Kyrgyz carrier claims it is in negotiations with the relevant authorities with scheduled operations to tentatively resume from June 20.

    NasAir (Eritrea) (UE, Asmara) has wet-leased a first B737-300 EX-37002 (MSN 27521) from Kyrgyz partner Air Bishkek (KR, Bishkek). According to the African Aviation Tribune, it plans to operate the aircraft on a new route between Asmara and Mumbai Int'l as well. NasAir has so far wet-leased two A320-200s from Air Bishkek’s sister carrier East Air (EG, Dushanbe) but one of the aircraft has returned to Tajikistan.

    Kyrgyzstan Aircompany (QH, Bishkek) has started to operate its weekly service between Bishkek and Tashkenct Yuzhny with Saab 340A EX-34001 (MSN 340A-146) wet-leased from Sky Bishkek (BIS, Bishkek). Sky Bishkek so far had only operated domestic routes on behalf of Air Bishkek (KR, Bishkek).

    Air Bishkek (KR, Bishkek) has confirmed that it wet-leases Sky Bishkek (BIS, Bishkek)'s first aircraft, a Saab 340A registered EX-34001, and that the domestic flights launched by Sky Bishkek are operated on its behalf. Air Bishkek had previously used an ATR 42-300 on some domestic routes that had however been returned to the lessor back in 2011.
