    Aeroflot (SU, Moscow Sheremetyevo) CEO Vitaly Savelyev has publicly stated that it is no longer interested in taking delivery of six additional An-148-100s for subsidiary Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise (FV, St. Petersburg) saying the aircraft was not cost effective. Rossiya currently operates six An-148s on regional routes from St. Petersburg.

The combined carrier has started operations on October 31 operating from two bases in St. Petersburg and Moscow Vnukovo. It will lease four ex-Hong Kong Express (UO/Hong Kong) EMB-170s in 2007 to replace Tu-134s.
