Katanga Express (Lubumbashi Luano International (FBM)) has been grounded by the civil aviation authority of the Democratic Republic of Congo following a crash of one of a Gulfstream III of one of its sister companies in Bukavu Kuvumu (BKY) on February 12 that killed the two pilots, a senior government official and two people on the ground. Katanga Express had operated regional services within the DRC as well as charter flights with a single Do328-110 from its base in Lubumbashi Luano International (FBM).
