12MAY2013: Spanjet drops plans for tentative June launch?
Spanjet (Las Palmas Gran Canaria International (LPA)) appears to have indefinitely postponed plans to launch operations this coming summer after the airline suddenly removed most routes from its booking system. Flights from Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT) and Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) to Alicante (ALC), Malaga Pablo Ruiz Picasso (AGP) and Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI) which are now unavailable for booking, were to have commenced this June using a B737-400 wet-leased from AlbaStar (JQ, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)). As of this posting, the carrier has yet to officially issue any comment regarding its operational status.

11MAR2013: Air Europa temporarily uses AlbaStar B737-400 for Milan flights
Air Europa (UX, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)) has wet-leased B737-400 EC-LNC (MSN 24130) from Spanish charter carrier AlbaStar (JQ, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)) until the end of March. It currently mainly uses the aircraft for its twice daily service linking Madrid Barajas (MAD) with Milan Malpensa (MXP). The short-term agreement has started on February 21 already.

AlbaStar (JQ, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)) is currently operating one of its three B737-400s EC-LTG (MSN 24129) on a wet-lease contract on behalf of Blue Panorama Airlines (BV, Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International (FCO)). The Italian carrier operates two B737-300s and four B737-400s itself.

Spanjet (Las Palmas Gran Canaria International (LPA)) is a new virtual carrier based in Las Palmas offering weekly seasonal services from Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT) and Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) to Alicante (ALC), Malaga Pablo Ruiz Picasso (AGP) and Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI) this summer season. It will use a B737-400 wet-leased from AlbaStar (JQ, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)) for the flights that will operate between June 11 and September 12.

15NOV2012: Gading Sari to add first B737-400 freighter for Poslaju operations
Gading Sari (Kuala Lumpur International (KUL)) will shortly add a first ex-AlbaStar (JQ, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)) B737-400(F) (MSN 24559) to its fleet currently consisting of a single B727-200(F) 9M-NEP (MSN 22641). It will operate the aircraft on behalf of domestic courier provider Poslaju.
