Bilga Air (Birmingham International (BHX)) is planning to launch twice weekly scheduled charter service between Birmingham and Amritsar on October 9 using Monarch Airlines (ZB/London Luton) aircraft replacing Air India (AI/Mumbai) that will move its Amritsar-Birmingham-Toronto Pearson service to London Heathrow on October 25.
