14MAY2013: Sudan's Marsland Aviation wet-leasing a Jordan Aviation B737-400
Marsland Aviation (M7, Khartoum (KRT)) has taken delivery of a B737-400, JY-JAQ (msn 27826), on wet-lease from Jordanian lease specialists, Jordan Aviation (R5, Amman Queen Alia International (AMM)). The aircraft, Marsland's first -400 series Boeing 737, will join a B737-300 and two other B737-500s which it uses on flights that extend throughout Sudan, South Sudan and Kenya.

03MAR2013: Aeolus Air plans weekly Banjul-Dakar service
Aeolus Air (AAZ, Banjul International (BJL)) is planning to offer a weekly scheduled Let 410 service linking Banjul with Dakar Yoff-Léopold Sédar Senghor International (DKR) from April 7 onwards. The Gambian carrier so far operates an A320-200 and a B737-300 on behalf of Tarco Air (3T, Khartoum (KRT)) and a B737-500 on behalf of Marsland Aviation (M7, Khartoum (KRT)). It also plans to add a second ex-Thomas Cook Airlines UK (MT, Manchester Ringway International (MAN)) A320-200 to its fleet shortly.

Marsland Aviation (M7, Khartoum (KRT)) has wet-leased B737-300 SU-KHO (MSN 29244) from Egyptian charter carrier Alexandria Airlines (XH, Cairo International (CAI)). It already operates a B737-500 myself and another B737-500 wet-leased from Aeolus Air (AAZ, Banjul International (BJL)).

Tarco Air (3T, Khartoum (KRT)) has taken delivery of an A320-200 C5-AAO (c/n 368) operated by Gambian ACMI specialist Aeolus Air (AAZ, Banjul International (BJL)). The ex-Mexicana (MX, México City Benito Juárez International (MEX)) aircraft had originally been expected to be operated by Aeolus on behalf of Marsland Aviation (M7, Khartoum (KRT)) but has now been delivered to Khartoum in Tarco colours.

Marsland Aviation (M7, Khartoum (KRT)) is about to take delivery of its first ex-Mexicana (MX, México City Benito Juárez International (MEX)) A320-200 C5-AAO (c/n 368) that will be wet-leased from its partner Aeolus Air (AAZ, Banjul International (BJL)). Marsland already wet-leases B737-500 C5-AAN from Aeolus Air.
