Air Asturias (Asturias (OVD)) has given up operations on January 26 and has returned its single A320-200 it had wet-leased from LTE Intl Airways (XO/Palma de Mallorca).

Air Asturias (Asturias (OVD)) has wet-leased an A320-200 from LTE Intl Airways (XO/Palma de Mallorca) to launch its low-cost operations out of Asturias. It has launched several routes already:
Asturias-Lisbon: 2x weekly service
Asturias-Madrid: 2x daily service
Asturias-Paris CDG: 2x weekly service
Asturias-Rome Fiumicino: 2x weekly service
It will add twice weekly service from Asturias to Brussels on March 2 and has already announced new routes to Alicante and Malaga.

Air Asturias (Asturias (OVD)) is now planning to launch its short haul services out of Asturias later this year.

Air Asturias (Asturias (OVD)) has announced plans to launch operations in June with two A320-200s out of Asturias and a B767-300ER out of Madrid. It is planning to operate from Asturias to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin Schönefeld, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan Orio al Serio, Palma de Mallorca, Paris Orly and Rome Fiumicino. Its planned long-haul programme out of Madrid includes Campeche, Cancun, Cartagena, Panama City and Porlamar.

Air Asturias (Asturias (OVD)) is planning to start low-cost operations from Asturias to Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon and Milan in 2006.
