PublicCharters (P1, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton) has wet-leased a Jetstream 32 from charter operator Corporate Flight Management (VTE, Smyrna) for its route between Chicago Midway and Manistee where PublicCharters offers six weekly services. The Jetstream 32 replaces EMB-120s previously wet-leased from Charter Air Transport (Cleveland Hopkins) for the route.

PublicCharters (P1, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton) will wet-lease ERJ-145 N359AD from ADI Charter Services (Y7, Pontiac) for about a month between May 24 and June 22 as it starts a new twice daily service between Chicago Midway and Manistee in cooperation with airport authorities at Manistee. It afterwards plans to use EMB-120s from its partner Charter Air Transport (Cleveland Hopkins).
