PublicCharters (P1, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International (AVP)) will wet-lease ERJ-145 N359AD from ADI Charter Services (Y7, Pontiac Oakland County International (PTK)) for about a month between May 24 and June 22 as it starts a new twice daily service between Chicago Midway International (MDW) and Manistee Blacker County (MBL) in cooperation with airport authorities at Manistee. It afterwards plans to use EMB-120s from its partner Charter Air Transport (Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE)).
