Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International (FRA)) CEO Christoph Franz has told Financial Times Deutschland that Lufthansa would be considering selling fully owned subsidiary Austrian Airlines (OS, Vienna International (VIE)) unless it will be able to successfully restructure the airline and turn around its negative financial position within a reasonable timeframe.
