OLT Express Germany (Bremen Hans Koschnick) spokesman Mathias Burkard has told NDR that the carrier is currently reviewing the future of its low-cost carrier style point-to-point operations with Fokker 100s and Saab 2000s from German regional airports Dresden, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, Münster/Osnabrück and Saarbrücken due to low passenger demand. The carrier has already been forced to cancel the majority of its flights this winter from Dresden to Budapest and London Southend, from Münster/Osnabrück to Milan Malpensa and Paris CDG and from Saarbrücken to London Southend. According to current OLT statements, from Münster/Osnabrück only the route to Munich will definitely continue to be served during the upcoming IATA summer timetable period with routes to Berlin Schönefeld, Stuttgart Manfred Rommel and Vienna still under review.
