Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) has announced plans to order 100 new short-haul and 8 new long-haul aircraft later this year. According reports by Aviation Week and Austrian Wings, the orders will likely include six B777-300(ER)s for subsidiary Swiss (LX, Zurich), two additional A380-800s for Lufthansa and up to 30 Bombardier CSeries aircraft to replace Tyrolean Airways (Innsbruck)'s Fokker 70 and Fokker 100 fleet. As part of its Score restructuring plan, Lufthansa plans to move its headquarters in Cologne and revenue services department in Norderstedt near Hamburg to Frankfurt International by 2017. It is also considering moving the headquarters of regional subsidiary Lufthansa CityLine (CL, Munich) from Cologne to Munich.
