Ukraine International Airlines (PS, Kyiv Boryspil) will take delivery of two B737-900s and three E190s direct from the both Boeing (BOE, Washington National) and Embraer (EMB, São José dos Campos Professor Urbano Ernesto Stumpf) between July and November of this year, airline chairman, Yuri Miroshnikov, has confirmed. In addition, UIA will take delivery of two leased B737-800s in June. The Embraers are likely part of a lease deal with Ukraine's Privat Group, the owners of Aerosvit Airlines (Kyiv Boryspil) who had previously had an order for five EMB-190s prior to going out of business earlier this year.
