Surf Air (URF, Santa Monica) has received the operational greenlight from the US Federal Aviation Administration. According to the terms of the airline's AOC, operations will encompass all-you-can-fly membership-based air services from private air terminals with initial flights from Burbank to an airport in the San Francisco area, presumably Palo Alto, to start soon using a Pilatus PC-12. Thereafter, flights to Santa Barbara, CA, Monterey, Palm Springs International, San Diego International, Sacramento International, South Lake Tahoe and Santa Rosa, CA will follow.
