Finnair (AY, Helsinki Vantaa (HEL)) CEO Mika Vehvilainen has identified Oneworld parner Air Berlin (AB, Berlin Tegel (TXL)) as one of several carriers it is talking to about potentially outsourcing some of its short-haul flying to save costs as part of a restructuring plan.
