Hop! (A5, Paris Orly) has officially been introduced as a new brand for Air France (AF, Paris CDG)'s regional subsidiaries Airlinair (AN, Paris Orly), Brit Air (DB, Morlaix) and Régional (YS, Nantes) with Hop! to be used from March 31 onwards on many flights by the three carriers. Air France has set-up an own website to distribute Hop! flights that will operate under the A5 IATA code of Airlinair. All regional domestic flights currently served by the three airlines excluding flights from and to Paris CDG and Paris Orly will solely be sold by Hop! from March 31 onwards. This also includes all routes currently served by Airlinair under its own code from Paris Orly right now as well as Air France routes from Orly to Lorient, Lourdes/Tarbes, Perpignan, Quimper and Rodez. All international flights operated by the regional carriers from Bordeaux, Lyon St. Exupéry, Nice and Strasbourg will be operated by Hop! with Air France codesharing on these flights with the exception of flights to Italy and the Netherlands that will continue to operate under a wet-lease agreement on behalf of Air France. All three regional carriers will continue to operate flights on a wet-lease basis from both CDG and Orly on behalf of Air France on domestic and international routes.
