Jamaica Air Shuttle (Kingston Tinson Pen) has suspended all flight operations on February 18 giving the current economic climate and increasing operating costs as reasons for the decision. It had offered domestic flights between Kingston Tinson Pen and Montego Bay as well as international routes from Kingston Norman Manley to Port au Prince and between Montego Bay and Santiago de Cuba using a fleet of three Beech 99 turboprops. Jamaica Air Shuttle hopes to be able to resume operations after reorganization.
